This policy applies to the website administered by Ucele Yoga, located at www.uceleyoga.com (‘Website’) and all associated Ucele Yoga social media (‘Associated Social Media), namely Facebook and Instagram. Ucele Yoga offers private and group yoga classes and workshops (‘Yoga Classes’).

 

Your use of this website constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the following Terms of Use. These terms are subject to change without notice, and Ucele Yoga reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or update its website, policies and Terms of Use. If you do not agree with or accept any part of these terms, you must not use the website or purchase anything from Ucele Yoga.

 

Disclaimer

You understand that with any physical activity, risk of serious physical injury is possible. Yoga or any other activity is no substitute for medical diagnosis and/or treatment. You, the student, therefore assume the risk of yoga or any other activity, and release the teacher Victoria Ucele and Ucele Yoga as a business from any liability claims. You are participating in classes or workshops with Ucele Yoga, are aware of the physical risks involved with exercise. You understand it is your personal responsibility to consult with your doctor or other health care provider regarding your participation. You have no medical condition that you are aware of which would prevent you from taking part in classes, events or workshops, and you assume responsibility for any risk or injury you may sustain as a result of your participation. You have also read the above Release and Waiver of Liability and understand its contents. You understand that it is your responsibility to find a pace that suits you, and  agree to the terms and conditions stated above.

 

Ucele Yoga has made every effort to ensure all courses and articles have been checked for accuracy. There is no guarantee that you will see positive results to your health or business using the techniques and materials provided by Ucele Yoga. Ucele Yoga assumes no responsibility for your health, your decisions, or for policies or practices that you implement.

 

Any statements related to health, income or earnings potential, regardless of medium, are examples of what may be possible in the future. Ucele Yoga makes no guarantees regarding results, present or future. Ucele Yoga is not responsible for your earnings, income, sales, or any other business performance as a result of this Agreement. Ucele Yoga is not responsible for your health.

 

Your Responsibility

Ucele Yoga’s Yoga Classes were developed strictly for educational purposes. You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your participation and results from these classes. Ucele Yoga makes no representations, warranties or guarantees. You understand that results may vary from person to person, and that Ucele Yoga is not responsible for your results, or any expenses that you may incur as a result of your purchase. Ucele Yoga assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in the Yoga Classes.

What personal information does Ucele Yoga collect and how Is this personal information used?

Ucele Yoga may receive and store information that you voluntarily submit through the website for the purpose of making an enquiry or subscribing to receive newsletters. Ucele Yoga may receive and store certain types of usage-related information when you interact with the website, including but not limited to, your name, email address, computer’s IP address and browser information. The information that is collected is used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor.

Ucele Yoga will not sell, distribute, or reveal users’ email addresses or other personal information without their consent.

 

Modification or deletion of personal information

You can decline to submit personal information at any time. If you decline, Ucele Yoga may not be able to continue to provide services to you. You may request deletion of your personal information by unsubscribing from our newsletter, or sending an email to uceleyoga@gmail.com. Please note however that in some cases, we may be required to keep your information by law. In such a case, it would no longer be active and would be kept separately in an archive.

 

Registration & restricted access

Access to certain areas of the website may be restricted. Ucele Yoga reserves the right to restrict areas of the website at its sole discretion.

 

Confidentiality & privacy for Yoga Class participants

Ucele Yoga respects your privacy, and insists you agree to respect the privacy of Ucele Yoga and all other Yoga Class participants (‘Class Participants’). Any confidential information (‘Confidential Information’) shared by yoga class participants or any Ucele Yoga student or representative is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the disclosing party. All Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any Confidential Information or any transactions, during discussions, in the Ucele Yoga Facebook and Instagram pages or otherwise. You agree not to use such Confidential Information in any manner other than in discussion with other Class Participants. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party. Both Parties will keep Confidential Information in strictest confidence, and use their best efforts to safeguard the Confidential Information including protecting it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft. You agree not to violate the Company’s publicity or privacy rights, and will never reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with this Agreement. Furthermore, by purchasing anything with Ucele Yoga, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this agreement, the Company and/or the other Course Participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

 

Ownership of materials

All original materials provided by Ucele Yoga as part of the Yoga Classes or displayed on the website or associated social media are owned by Ucele Yoga. Any original materials are provided for your individual use only, and you are not authorized to use or transfer any of Ucele Yoga’s intellectual property. All intellectual property remains the property of Ucele Yoga. No license to sell, distribute, reproduce, prepare a derivative work, display or perform is granted or implied. Ucele Yoga will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

 

Use of the Website & Associated Social Media

Unless otherwise stated, Ucele Yoga owns the intellectual property and rights to all content and material on the Website & Associated Social Media. Subject to the license below, all intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download (for caching purposes only), and print pages for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms of Use.
